   The 2004 China Real Estate Summer ceremony was held in Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel on Jul. 11, 2004. The SCEG Pearl New Century Square, developed by Shandong Construction Engineering (Group) Co. Ltd, is prized as one of the 10 Largest Business Real Estate Malls.
