Supervision policy:
According
to the guideline of "quality is the No.1 of a project of
vital and lasting importance", and standing at the
highness of emphasizing politics and being responsible for
the people, history and enterprise, we stick to improving
the project quality, erasing quality common fault, and we
strengthen construction process control to manage and
supervise every project generally. We insist on developing
our company by increasing quality and trying to create
more quality projects. Our management principle is
"Building High-quality Projects & Creating Well-known
Enterprise", and we do well the work of returning to visit
and maintenance generally to provide good service to the
society.

Supervision Office, in charge of supervising every service
work of Service Center.

IV. Range and Standard of Service
Promise
1. Project quality: The eligibility
rate and directional choiceness rate of the projects built
by our company reach 100%. Carrying out the contract
clauses signed with First Party rigidly. Any breach of
contract cause by us, we will bear related punishment
according to the responsibility of breach in the contract.
2. Construction time limit: Organizing
construction according to the contract time limit signed
with the First Party rigidly. Any delay of time limit
because of our party, we shall compensate the related
economic loss according to the contract.
3. Return-to-visit of projects:
(1) When the project is over and put it
into the consumers' use, we establish on-site service
group and maintain the problems put forward by consumers
in time. We also provide project guaranteed repair
brochure, project using and maintenance brochure.
(2) After the project is put into
consumers use, we carry through the following
return-to-visit: return-to-visit of completion, plans,
seasons, and after the guaranteed repair period is over.
4. Guaranteed repair of project: To all
the construction projects constructed by our company, we
shall carry out guaranteed repair according to
Construction Law, Management Byelaw of Construction
Projects Quality, and the contract items signed with
owners. If some quality problems occurred in using, we
shall go to the site to discuss the maintenance project
and time limit with the owners within 24 hours after we
receive the owner's report. Even quality problems occurred
out of guaranteed repair period, we shall still maintain
according to the above items, but we will see whether
charge or not regarding the material situation. To the
projects not constructed by our company, if the owners
connect us we also give warm reception. If we could
provide service, we will charge regarding the material
situation. During the service process, we try not to
disturb the owners and try to provide 100% satisfaction to
the owners with high responsibility and quality service.
5. Guaranteed time limit:
(1) To the groundwork projects and
principal part structure projects, it is the reasonable
utilization period to this project stated by designing
documents
(2) To the roof waterproof projects,
toilets with waterproof requirements, leakage proof of
rooms and outer metope, it is 5 years.
(3) To the heat-supply and air
conditioning system, it is 2 heat-supply periods or
air-conditioning supply periods.
(4) To the electrical wires, pipes of
water supply and drainage, equipment installation and
decoration projects, it is 2 years.
(5) To the guaranteed period of other
projects, it is decided by First and Second Party.
(6) The guaranteed period of
construction projects, it is counted form the date of
completion and eligibility of check & aceept.
V. Service supervision:
If the quality service center of our
company didn't carry out according to the above items,
owners can tell Society Service Promise Supervision Office
directly. The telephone is 8934871-3022. The owners can
get reply within 2 days, and at the same time we will
punish the person in charge according to the "Implement
Ways of Society Service Promise".
VI. Responsibility of breach of
contract:
If the service person of our company
cannot complete within the promise period, we will explain
to the related owners. If we bring inconvenience or
trouble in working to you, we will apologize to you. If we
bring forward economic loss because of breach of contract,
our company will be responsible for compensation. The
material items shall carry out according to related law or
byelaw.
